تُوضّح هذه السياسة كيف تقوم Future Land Foodstuff Trading LLC (“أرض المستقبل”، “نحن”) بجمع واستخدام وحماية بياناتك عند استخدامك لموقع futureslandfood.com أو عند التواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو فيسبوك ماسنجر أو انستجرام أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الطلب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، عنوان التوصيل، تفاصيل الطلب والمبلغ.
محادثات المراسلة (واتساب، فيسبوك ماسنجر، انستجرام): الرسائل التي ترسلها لنا والردود التي نرسلها لك، بما في ذلك الصور والرسائل الصوتية إن أرسلتها.
بيانات الموقع الإلكتروني: بيانات تقنية أساسية مثل نوع المتصفح وملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) اللازمة لتشغيل السلة والموقع.
بيانات التواصل: البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف إذا تواصلت معنا مباشرة.

لا نجمع أرقام بطاقات بنكية ولا نحتفظ بها.

2. لماذا نستخدم هذه البيانات

تنفيذ طلبك وتوصيله والتواصل معك بشأنه.
الرد على استفساراتك وخدمة ما بعد البيع.
إرسال عروضنا وتحديثات منتجاتنا عبر واتساب — ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت (انظر البند 4).
تحسين جودة خدمتنا ومنتجاتنا.
الالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية والمحاسبية في دولة الإمارات.

الأساس القانوني للمعالجة هو موافقتك الصريحة، والتي تمنحها ببدء المحادثة معنا أو بإرسال طلبك.

3. المساعد الآلي على قنوات المراسلة

نستخدم مساعداً آلياً يعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي للرد بسرعة على رسائل واتساب وفيسبوك ماسنجر وانستجرام. قد تُراجَع المحادثات من قِبل فريقنا البشري لضمان جودة الخدمة ومتابعة الطلبات. يمكنك في أي وقت طلب التحدث مع موظف بشري.

4. الرسائل التسويقية وإيقافها

نرسل رسائل العروض فقط للعملاء الذين تواصلوا معنا سابقاً. لإيقاف هذه الرسائل نهائياً، اضغط زر «إيقاف العروض» في أي رسالة، أو أرسل لنا كلمة «إيقاف» على واتساب. سنتوقف فوراً، وستستمر في تلقّي الرسائل المتعلقة بطلباتك الفعلية فقط.

5. مع من نشارك البيانات

شركات التوصيل: الاسم والعنوان ورقم الهاتف فقط، لغرض التسليم.
‏Meta Platforms, Inc. — بصفتها مشغّل قنوات واتساب للأعمال وفيسبوك ماسنجر وانستجرام.
‏OpenAI — لمعالجة نص رسالتك وتوليد الرد فقط. رسائلك لا تُستخدم في تدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
خادمنا الخاص الذي يشغّل منصة n8n لأتمتة المحادثات، وهو تحت سيطرتنا المباشرة ومحمي بـ SSL.
‏Google (Gmail) — لإرسال تنبيهات الطلبات إلى فريقنا الداخلي.
الجهات الرسمية: عند وجود التزام قانوني.

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات الطلبات للمدة التي تفرضها الأنظمة المحاسبية والضريبية في دولة الإمارات، وبمحادثات خدمة العملاء لمدة لا تزيد عن 12 شهراً من تاريخ آخر رسالة، ثم تُحذف. أما ذاكرة المحادثة قصيرة المدى المستخدمة لتوليد الرد فتُحذف خلال 24 ساعة.

7. حقوقك

يحق لك طلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وسحب موافقتك على الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت. راجع صفحة حذف البيانات أو أرسل طلبك إلى info@futureslandfood.com، وسنرد خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

8. أمن البيانات

نتّخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول أو الإفصاح غير المصرّح به.

9. الأطفال

خدماتنا موجهة للبالغين (18 عاماً فأكثر)، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.

10. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Future Land Foodstuff Trading LLC (“Future Land”, “we”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use futureslandfood.com or contact us by WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, email or phone.

1. Information we collect

Order information: name, phone number, delivery address, order details and amount.
Messaging conversations (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram): the messages you send us and our replies, including images or voice notes you choose to send.
Website data: basic technical data such as browser type and the cookies needed to run the site and shopping cart.
Contact details: your email or phone number if you contact us directly.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers.

2. How we use it

To process, deliver and follow up on your order.
To answer your enquiries and provide after-sales support.
To send offers and product updates over WhatsApp — you can stop these at any time (see section 4).
To improve our products and service quality.
To meet legal and accounting obligations in the UAE.

Our legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you start a conversation with us or place an order.

3. Automated messaging assistant

We use an AI-powered assistant to reply quickly to messages on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. Conversations may be reviewed by our human team for quality and order follow-up. You can ask to speak to a human team member at any time.

4. Marketing messages and opting out

We send offer messages only to customers who have contacted us before. To stop them permanently, tap the “Stop promotions” button on any message, or reply STOP on WhatsApp. We will stop immediately; you will still receive messages about your actual orders.

5. Who we share information with

Delivery companies: name, address and phone number only, for the purpose of delivery.
Meta Platforms, Inc. — as the operator of the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Messenger and Instagram channels.
OpenAI — to process your message text and generate a reply only. Your messages are not used to train AI models.
Our own dedicated server running the n8n automation platform, under our direct control and secured with SSL.
Google (Gmail) — to send order notifications to our internal team.
Authorities: where we have a legal obligation to do so.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.

6. Retention

We keep order records for as long as UAE accounting and tax rules require, and customer-service conversations for no more than 12 months from your last message, after which they are deleted. The short-term conversation memory used to generate replies is cleared within 24 hours.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. See our Data Deletion page or email info@futureslandfood.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access or disclosure.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
