لك الحق الكامل في طلب حذف كل البيانات التي جمعناها عنك من خلال محادثاتك معنا على Facebook Messenger أو Instagram Direct أو WhatsApp.
كيف تطلب الحذف
اختر أي طريقة من الطرق التالية:
- عبر نفس قناة المحادثة: أرسل لنا رسالة تحتوي على عبارة “احذف بياناتي” أو “DELETE MY DATA” على Messenger أو Instagram أو WhatsApp. سيتم تسجيل طلبك وتحويله إلى فريقنا.
- عبر البريد الإلكتروني: راسلنا على info@futureslandfood.com واذكر في الرسالة اسم الحساب الذي راسلتنا منه والقناة المستخدمة.
ما الذي سيتم حذفه
- سجل رسائلك كاملاً ومرفقاتها.
- معرّف المستخدم الخاص بك على المنصة (Page-Scoped ID / Instagram-Scoped ID / رقم الهاتف).
- الاسم الظاهر وأي بيانات ملف شخصي محفوظة.
- ذاكرة المحادثة المستخدمة في توليد الردود الآلية.
- أي تنبيهات طلبات داخلية تحتوي على بياناتك.
المدة الزمنية
ننفّذ طلب الحذف خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى من تاريخ استلامه، ونرسل لك تأكيداً بالحذف على نفس القناة أو على بريدك الإلكتروني.
ملاحظات
- حذف بياناتك من أنظمتنا لا يحذف نسخة الرسائل المحفوظة لدى Meta على حسابك الشخصي — لحذفها استخدم إعدادات حسابك على Facebook أو Instagram أو WhatsApp.
- قد نحتفظ بالحد الأدنى من السجلات المطلوبة قانونياً (مثل فواتير الطلبات المكتملة) وفقاً لقوانين دولة الإمارات، مع فصلها عن بيانات المحادثة.
- بعد الحذف، إذا راسلتنا مرة أخرى ستبدأ محادثة جديدة من الصفر.

You have the right to request deletion of all data we have collected about you through your conversations with us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or WhatsApp.
How to request deletion
Use either of the following methods:
- Through the same messaging channel: send us a message containing the phrase “DELETE MY DATA” or “احذف بياناتي” on Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp. Your request is logged and routed to our team.
- By email: write to info@futureslandfood.com stating the account name you contacted us from and the channel used.
What will be deleted
- Your complete message history and attachments.
- Your platform-scoped user ID (Page-Scoped ID / Instagram-Scoped ID / phone number).
- Your display name and any stored profile data.
- The conversation memory used to generate automated replies.
- Any internal order notifications containing your data.
Timeframe
We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receipt and send you a confirmation on the same channel or by email.
Notes
- Deleting your data from our systems does not delete the copy of the messages held by Meta on your own account — to remove those, use your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account settings.
- We may retain the minimum records required by law (for example, invoices for completed orders) under UAE regulations, kept separate from conversation data.
- After deletion, if you message us again a new conversation starts from scratch.
