1. من نحن
Future Land Foodstuff Trading LLC — شركة مسجّلة في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، متخصصة في بيع التمور والمواد الغذائية بالتجزئة والجملة.
2. المنتجات
نبذل كل جهد لعرض منتجاتنا وأوزانها ومواصفاتها بدقة. التمور منتج طبيعي، وقد يختلف الحجم واللون والملمس اختلافاً بسيطاً من دفعة لأخرى دون أن يؤثر ذلك على الجودة. الصور للتوضيح فقط.
3. الأسعار
- جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED) وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة حيثما تنطبق.
- السعر المعتمد هو السعر المعلن عند تأكيد الطلب.
- نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت، على ألّا يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات المؤكدة مسبقاً.
4. الطلب والتأكيد
يمكنك الطلب عبر الموقع أو عبر واتساب على +971 58 190 3398. لا يُعدّ الطلب مؤكداً إلا بعد تأكيدنا له وتحديد العنوان وطريقة الدفع. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال نفاد المخزون أو وجود خطأ واضح في السعر أو تعذّر التوصيل للعنوان المطلوب.
5. الدفع
نقبل طرق الدفع المعلنة وقت الطلب، وقد تشمل الدفع عند الاستلام أو التحويل أو الدفع الإلكتروني. لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك.
6. التوصيل
- نوصّل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- مدة التوصيل المتوقعة تُحدَّد عند تأكيد الطلب، وهي تقديرية وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
- يجب أن يكون العنوان صحيحاً وكاملاً. في حال تعذّر التسليم بسبب عنوان خاطئ أو عدم توفر المستلم، قد تُطبَّق رسوم إعادة محاولة التوصيل.
7. الاستبدال والاسترجاع
نظراً لطبيعة المنتجات الغذائية، لا تُقبل مرتجعات المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة الغذائية. ومع ذلك:
- إذا وصلك منتج تالف أو منتهي الصلاحية أو مخالف لطلبك، تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع صورة للمنتج، وسنستبدله أو نعيد قيمته كاملة.
- يمكنك إلغاء الطلب مجاناً في أي وقت قبل خروجه للتوصيل.

8. التواصل عبر واتساب
عند مراسلتنا على واتساب، فإنك توافق على تلقّي ردود تتعلق باستفسارك أو طلبك. قد نرسل لك أيضاً عروضاً أو تحديثات، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت بالضغط على زر «إيقاف العروض» أو بإرسال كلمة «إيقاف». تُدار المحادثات جزئياً بمساعد آلي، مع إشراف بشري.
9. الاستخدام المقبول للموقع
لا يجوز استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو محاولة الإضرار به أو بالوصول إليه بطرق غير مصرّح بها.
10. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات والصور والعلامات التجارية على الموقع مملوكة لـ Future Land Foodstuff Trading LLC ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.
11. حدود المسؤولية
مسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب لا تتجاوز قيمة ذلك الطلب. لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية. لا يحدّ هذا البند من أي حقوق مكفولة لك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك في دولة الإمارات.
12. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم دبي بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

By using futureslandfood.com or placing an order with us on WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms.
1. Who we are
Future Land Foodstuff Trading LLC — a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, selling dates and foodstuff at retail and wholesale.
2. Products
We make every effort to describe our products, weights and specifications accurately. Dates are a natural product and size, colour and texture may vary slightly between batches without affecting quality. Photographs are for illustration.
3. Prices
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
- The price that applies is the one quoted when your order is confirmed.
- We may change prices at any time; this does not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders and confirmation
You can order through the website or on WhatsApp at +971 58 190 3398. An order is confirmed only once we have confirmed it with you and agreed the address and payment method. We may decline or cancel an order if stock has run out, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to the requested address.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods stated at the time of ordering, which may include cash on delivery, bank transfer or online payment. We do not store your card details.
6. Delivery
- We deliver within the United Arab Emirates.
- Delivery times given at confirmation are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
- Your address must be complete and correct. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient, a re-delivery charge may apply.
7. Returns and refunds
Because these are food products, opened or used items cannot be returned for food-safety reasons. However:
- If an item arrives damaged, expired or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it in full.
- You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched.

8. WhatsApp communication
When you message us on WhatsApp, you agree to receive replies relating to your enquiry or order. We may also send offers and updates; you can stop these at any time by tapping “Stop promotions” or replying STOP. Conversations are partly handled by an automated assistant with human oversight.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to damage it or gain unauthorised access to it.
10. Intellectual property
All content, images and trademarks on the website belong to Future Land Foodstuff Trading LLC and may not be used without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
