تشرح هذه السياسة كيف تقوم شركة Future Land Food (المشار إليها بـ “نحن”) بجمع واستخدام وحماية بياناتك عند تواصلك معنا عبر قنوات المراسلة الخاصة بنا: Facebook Messenger، وInstagram Direct، وWhatsApp، وموقعنا الإلكتروني futureslandfood.com.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها
عندما ترسل لنا رسالة عبر Facebook Messenger أو Instagram Direct أو WhatsApp، نستقبل ونعالج:
- معرّف المستخدم على المنصة (Page-Scoped ID أو Instagram-Scoped ID أو رقم الهاتف في حالة واتساب) — ويُستخدم فقط لتوجيه الرد إليك.
- الاسم الظاهر وصورة الملف الشخصي كما تتيحها المنصة، لتخصيص الرد.
- محتوى رسائلك والمرفقات التي ترسلها (صور، فيديو، ملفات صوتية).
- وقت وتاريخ الرسالة والقناة التي وصلت منها.
لا نجمع أي بيانات بطاقات دفع أو أرقام هوية أو بيانات موقع جغرافي مباشر عبر هذه القنوات.
3. لماذا نجمعها
- الرد على استفساراتك حول المنتجات والأسعار والتوافر والتوصيل.
- استقبال طلبات الشراء ومتابعتها.
- تحويل المحادثة إلى موظف بشري عند الحاجة.
- تحسين جودة خدمة العملاء.
الأساس القانوني للمعالجة هو موافقتك الصريحة، والتي تمنحها ببدء المحادثة معنا.
4. المعالجة الآلية بالذكاء الاصطناعي
نستخدم مساعداً آلياً مدعوماً بالذكاء الاصطناعي لصياغة الردود. يتم إرسال نص رسالتك إلى مزوّد نماذج لغوية خارجي (OpenAI) لغرض توليد الرد فقط. لا تُستخدم رسائلك في تدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي. يمكنك في أي وقت طلب التحدث إلى موظف بشري بكتابة كلمة “موظف” أو “human”.
5. مع من نشارك البيانات
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — بصفتها مشغّل قنوات Messenger وInstagram وWhatsApp.
- OpenAI — لمعالجة نص الرسالة وتوليد الرد.
- خادمنا الخاص الذي يشغّل منصة n8n لأتمتة المحادثات، وهو خادم مخصّص تحت سيطرتنا المباشرة ومحمي بشهادة SSL.
- Google (Gmail) — لإرسال تنبيهات الطلبات إلى فريقنا الداخلي.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة إعلانية أو وسيط بيانات.
6. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بسجل المحادثة لمدة أقصاها 12 شهراً من تاريخ آخر رسالة، لغرض متابعة الطلبات وخدمة العملاء، ثم يُحذف تلقائياً. تُحذف ذاكرة المحادثة قصيرة المدى المستخدمة لتوليد الرد خلال 24 ساعة.
7. حقوقك
لك الحق في: الاطلاع على بياناتك، تصحيحها، طلب حذفها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راجع صفحة حذف البيانات أو راسلنا على info@futureslandfood.com. نرد خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
8. الأمان
البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل عبر HTTPS/TLS، ومخزّنة على خادم مخصّص بوصول مقيّد لفريقنا فقط.
9. الأطفال
خدماتنا موجهة للبالغين (18 عاماً فأكثر) ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.
10. تغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر أي تحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه.

This policy explains how Future Land Food (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your data when you contact us through our messaging channels: Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, and our website futureslandfood.com.
1. Who we are
Future Land Food is a wholesale and retail food supply company based in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Data we collect
When you send us a message via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or WhatsApp, we receive and process:
- Your platform-scoped user ID (Page-Scoped ID, Instagram-Scoped ID, or phone number for WhatsApp) — used solely to route our reply back to you.
- Your display name and profile picture as made available by the platform, to personalise our reply.
- The content of your messages and any attachments you send (images, video, audio).
- Message timestamp and the channel it arrived on.
We do not collect payment card data, government ID numbers, or real-time location data through these channels.
3. Why we collect it
- To answer your enquiries about products, prices, availability and delivery.
- To take and follow up on orders.
- To escalate the conversation to a human agent when needed.
- To improve the quality of our customer service.
Our legal basis is your consent, given when you initiate a conversation with us.
4. Automated processing with AI
We use an AI-powered assistant to draft replies. The text of your message is sent to a third-party large language model provider (OpenAI) for the sole purpose of generating a reply. Your messages are not used to train AI models. You may request a human agent at any time by typing “human” or “موظف”.
5. Who we share data with
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — as the operator of the Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp channels.
- OpenAI — to process message text and generate a reply.
- Our own dedicated server running the n8n automation platform, under our direct control and secured with SSL.
- Google (Gmail) — to send order notifications to our internal team.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Retention
We retain conversation records for a maximum of 12 months from your last message, for order follow-up and customer service, after which they are deleted. The short-term conversation memory used to generate replies is cleared within 24 hours.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, see our Data Deletion page or email info@futureslandfood.com. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and stored on a dedicated server with access restricted to our team.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
